Care plans that keep your site healthy after launch.
Websites need feeding: patches, backups, monitoring and the odd change. Three tiers, each answered by the team that built your site, each with a monthly report.
What is included.
- Hosting management, SSL and daily backups stored off the server
- Weekly dependency and security patching, tested before it goes live
- Uptime monitoring around the clock; if the site goes down, we know before you do
- Support with a set response time for each severity
- A monthly report on what we did and how the site is performing
- Professional adds 4 hours a month of content or small changes, a quarterly security review and Core Web Vitals monitoring
- Enterprise adds 24/7 on-call for site-down incidents, a monthly security scan, staging parity and a quarterly roadmap session
Good fit
Anyone who would rather not think about hosting, updates and backups, and wants a guaranteed response when something needs doing.

How it works.
Every day
A backup is taken and stored off the server. Uptime is checked around the clock.
Every week
Dependency and security patches are applied and tested, so an update never takes the site down.
Every month
Your report: uptime, updates, speed and anything we fixed. On Professional, your 4 hours of changes.
Every quarter
On Professional and Enterprise: a security review; on Enterprise, a roadmap session.

Indicative: confirmed in a written quote. Billed monthly in advance. Response time means the time to respond, not to resolve. Extra work beyond your plan is quoted first, from the hourly rate on the pricing page.
Questions people ask.
Do I have to be on a plan?
No. Every site launches complete and yours. You can still open a support ticket without a plan; set response times apply to plan clients.
What counts as a content change?
Anything you would do in the editor: new photos, a price change, a new page from existing copy. New features or a redesign are quoted separately as a fixed number.
Can you look after a site you did not build?
Yes, after a short review. WordPress, Shopify and standard stacks are usually straightforward.
