Do I have to be on a plan?
No. Every site launches complete and yours. A plan is for people who would rather not think about hosting, updates and backups, and who want a guaranteed response time when something needs doing.
What counts as a content change?
Anything you would do in the editor: new photos, a price change, a new page from existing copy, swapping a menu. Bigger jobs, like a new feature or a redesign, are quoted separately, always as a fixed number.
Can I start a plan later?
Yes. Plans can start on launch day or any time afterwards. We will check the site over first so you are not paying to maintain something already out of date.
What if I built my site somewhere else?
We take on sites we did not build after a short review. If it is on WordPress, Shopify or a standard stack, it is usually straightforward.
